We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist III for our TXDPS client in Austin, TX!
This is a non-supervisory position with the Operations Support Team supporting the TXDPS client. This position requires that an employee respond to customer inquiries, effect dispute resolution, client correspondence, and provide reporting and tracking to MSB management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs job, at the level of quality required, and within the timeframes required by the manuals of Standards of Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Decision customer applications for various client programs
  • Update account data for customers
  • Track and/or scan incoming/outgoing correspondence, respective responses, and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Letter Archiving, mail returns, correspondence logs
  • Coordinates regularly with other team members and different levels of management regarding cross-departmental tasks
  • Perform other job duties/responsibilities as required

Skills and Required Knowledge:

  • CRS Platinum system knowledge preferred
  • Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Good computer skills, including strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to navigate easily among multiple user interfaces
  • Ability to interpret data and formulate action plans based on analysis
  • Ability to manage time, develop and set company accomplished goals
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, with a high level of patience
  • Regular attendance during regularly-scheduled business hours
  • Subject to in-person supervision during working hours
  • Ability to read and write in Spanish is a plus
  • Associate's degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • At least one year of customer service experience required
  • Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
