Customer Service Specialists needed for our 9-5-17 training class!
TRAINING BONUS ELIGIBILITY! Receive $200 after first four weeks and another $250 after week seven! (Must meet eligibility requirements). Training will last 7 weeks with perfect attendance required.
Navient is located conveniently in the Hanover Industrial Park in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Training and working hours are Monday - Thursday, 12:30pm-9pm and Friday 11:30am-8pm.

Our customer service specialists are the front line face of Navient - assisting in-school, grace, current and early-age delinquency federal and private loan borrowers. They are subject matter experts on multiple loan programs and the many products offered with those programs. Providing a world-class customer experience while focusing on first call resolution, customer service specialists are equally concerned with customer satisfaction as with call efficiency. Successful individuals in this position enjoy speaking with customers, crafting solutions, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • HighschooldiplomaorGED
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a call center or customer service environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Computer skills and the ability to operate mainframe applications in a business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely using proper grammar
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls in a stressful, fast-paced environment
