JOB SUMMARY:
The Loan Servicing Supervisor will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of a team of 2+ employees; making recommendations concerning work schedules, hiring, firing, advancement, and disciplinary actions. The supervisor will monitor staff performance, administer performance reviews, and provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and motivation to enhance individual performance. May include project participation and/or management as directed by senior managers.

WORK SCHEDULE INFORMATION:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, M-F (EST)
- Some Saturday's may be required
- This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per month onsite at our Wilkes-Barre, PA office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma
3+ Years of experience in a Customer Service environment OR 1+ year of experience in a Leadership role
Able to work onsite 2 days per month at our Wilkes-Barre, PA office
Demonstrated leadership ability and/or previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience
Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Strong written and communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong understanding of business area processes and applicable department systems.
Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve issues utilizing applicable resources and to appropriately identify issues to escalate to senior management.
Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a project participant.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Student Loan experience preferred
